Provide detailed information about the issue you are facing, along with any necessary access or information for our team to investigate the problem.

We would like to inform you that Freemius allows you to cancel your subscription at any time. Freemius also sends a reminder email one month before the renewal date, giving you sufficient time to cancel the subscription before the renewal charge is processed.

As the renewal was processed according to the subscription terms and the cancellation option was available in advance, we’re sorry to inform you that we’re unable to provide a refund for the subscription renewal.
